UltraLadies Group Run and Foot Clinic!

Meet time: 6:45am
Run time: 7:00am
Location: Malibu Creek State Park (Bulldog race course +/- 16-miles)

Directions:
~Take the 101 Fwy West from the SFV and exit at Las Virgenes Rd in Calabasas.
~Turn left toward the beach.
~Free parking at the corner of Las Virgenes and Mulholland Hwy.

Water: Please carry 60-oz minimum for this run.

Foot Clinic:  We will hold a foot taping/blister clinic after the run at Nancy Shura-Dervins house in Calabasas.  There is a swimming pool, outdoor shower and changing facility at the clubhouse.  Please bring a post-run snack to share.  Address will be given out at the run.  RSVP to Nancy by email <ultraladies@yahoo.com>.
