Ready to run your first ultra???
The UltraLadies Bulldog 50K training season is about to begin! We are a user-friendly group for newbie trail runners and seasoned pros alike! The runs are "free" to all and all abilities are welcome and since everyone runs for time-on-their-feet, no one gets left behind. By the time you finish all the training runs, you will be ready to run the Bulldog 50K or 25K Trail Run in August!
- All runs are on Saturday.
- The group meets 15-minutes before the scheduled run time; if you show up at the scheduled run time, you are already late.
- Runs will be out-and-back for time unless otherwise indicated.
- See DRIVING DIRECTIONS for directions to the runs.
- Runs are "rain or shine" but good idea to always check LATEST INFO the night before each run in case of park closures.
- Everyone is required to read the TRAIL GUIDELINES and FAQs before attending their first ULs run.
- Everyone is required to sign the WAIVER on Active.com by "registering" for the division "UltraLadies Training Runs Waiver". There is no cost to register.
