The next couple of runs will be along Mulholland Fire Road; perfect training for
High Desert 50K/30K!

LOCATION: Mulholland West aka Topanga/Mulholland

DIRECTIONS:
     * From the 101, exit Topanga Canyon South.
     * Take Topanga Canyon to Mulholland Dr.
     * Turn left on Mulholland.
     * Turn right on Michelangelo.
     * Turn right on Mulholland Dr.
     * Parking is free along the street.
     * Please observe QUIET in the mornings when parking.

TIME: 7:00 AM -- Running time; Please arrive prepared to run; bottles full,
shoes tied, etc. We will start without you!

DISTANCE: 21.5 miles

RUNNING TIME: 5:30 Max

RUN FROM MICHANGELO TO BOTTOM OF WESTRIDGE AND BACK.
(Please print the directions to carry).

OUT:

~ Take Mulholland Drive to Canoga Ave.
~ Slight left on Canoga Ave and continue on Mulholland Drive.
~ Continue on Mulholland FR to Santa Maria Fire Gate - mile 1.8
~ Continue on Mulholland FR to San Vicente Fire Gate - mile 7.2
~ Go through San Vicente Fire Gate
~ RIGHT turn up paved driveway to Nike Park - mile 7.3

WATER/TOILETS HERE

~ Continue through Nike Park through the fence onto Westridge FR aka West
Mandiville FR
~ Continue to the end of Westridge FR (at the cul-d-sac) -- mile 10.8

RETURN

~ Turn around and continue up Westridge FR to Nike Park -- mile 14.5

WATER/TOILETS HERE

~ Continue through Nike Park and exit on the paved driveway to Mulholland FR
~ LEFT turn on Mulholland FR and go through the San Vicente Fire Gate
~ Continue on Mulholland FR to Santa Maria Fire Gate -- mile 19.7
~ Go through Santa Maria Fire Gate
~ Continue on Mulholland FR to Canoga Ave. -- mile 21.3
~ Slight LEFT on Canoga Ave and Continue on Mulholland Dr. to Michangelo -- mile
21.5
